Returns and Withdrawal Policy

This is a product-development draft, not legal advice or a publication-ready contract. Before any real transaction, Turkish counsel and a mali müşavir must approve it against the final company, marketplace, tax, KVKK and consumer-law model.
The verified legal name, MERSİS/tax number, registered address, KEP, telephone, support email, VERBİS status and dispute contact details are intentionally not invented here. Production must not launch until they are completed.
1. Right of withdrawal
Subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer may withdraw without reason or penalty within 14 days from delivery. For separately delivered goods in one order, the statutory starting rule applies to the relevant delivery.
Notice must be sent within the period through Vendora's durable and accessible return channel. The verified email/address and model form must be inserted before launch.
2. Return steps
The customer selects the order and specific item. Vendora creates a `ReturnRequest` and `ReturnItem` only for selected lines. After approval, carrier, address and instructions are supplied on a durable medium.
The item must be sent within the statutory period and instructed method after notice. The platform exposes traceable receipt and inspection states.
3. Condition and diminished value
The consumer may inspect the product as normally necessary. Any consumer-caused diminished value is assessed only as permitted by law; no automatic or vague deduction applies. Remedies for defective goods are separate and cannot be restricted by this policy.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions apply only where listed by law and genuinely applicable—for example certain personalized, perishable, or unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods. The applicable exception must be clearly disclosed before ordering.
5. Return shipping and refund
The nominated carrier, who bears return cost and any amount must appear in pre-contract information. No hidden post-order fee may be imposed.
Refunds follow statutory timing and the original payment method. A partial return refunds only the relevant `ReturnItem` and provider transaction line and blocks the related seller payout. Bank posting time may differ from Vendora processing time.
6. Support and disputes
Verified return address, contacts, carrier and dispute information will be inserted after legal review. Statutory rights to consumer arbitration committees and courts remain available.
