After payment is confirmed, the product is checked, packed and prepared for dispatch by the Vendora team.

Your parcel is handed to the appropriate carrier. Tracking information appears in your order details once available.

Open My orders in your account to view the shipment status and available tracking details.

The estimated delivery window is shown at checkout based on your address and the carrier's current operation.

If the carrier cannot complete delivery, check your order details and contact support for the next attempt or routing information.
