This is a product-development draft, not legal advice or a publication-ready contract. Before any real transaction, Turkish counsel and a mali müşavir must approve it against the final company, marketplace, tax, KVKK and consumer-law model.
The verified legal name, MERSİS/tax number, registered address, KEP, telephone, support email, VERBİS status and dispute contact details are intentionally not invented here. Production must not launch until they are completed.
These terms govern use of the Vendora website, accounts, catalog, seller applications and support services. The platform operator's verified legal identity must be inserted before publication.
Whether Vendora acts as seller, intermediary service provider or consignment operator must be stated for each product and order in the pre-contract information.
Users must provide accurate, current information and protect their session and verification methods. Suspected unauthorized use must be reported promptly.
Condition, images, price, availability and delivery information are shown before purchase. 'Checked by Vendora' may appear only where the inspection record is PASSED.
Listings and media must not infringe third-party rights. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available if price or stock information is incorrect.
A cart is not a sales contract. Immediately before ordering, the customer must see the item, seller/intermediary identity, taxes, delivery, total, withdrawal rights and exceptions, and must expressly acknowledge the payment obligation.
Order-specific pre-contract information and the distance sales contract must be supplied on a durable medium and stored separately. These general terms do not replace them.
The Vendora brand, software and original content belong to their respective owners. Copying, reverse engineering or commercial reuse is prohibited except where law expressly permits it.
Nothing excludes rights under Law No. 6502 or other mandatory rules. Liability may be limited only where legally permitted and not for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory statutory responsibility.
Material changes are notified before taking effect; the version recorded at order time governs that order. Consumer arbitration committee and court rights remain unaffected. Verified contacts and jurisdiction information will be inserted after legal approval.
